The order is a good question. Cassian or Bistan first doesn't make much difference on defense. I generally prefer Bistan because it's faster, but Cassian is also very fast and gets counterattacks. Phantom or Ghost first is a massive difference. Kru lead, hux, sith trooper, stormtrooper, and executioner is the best team. Original kylo is also fine instead of stormtrooper. However it uses both of the factions good leaders, if you're gearing the whole FO to go for slkr, you'll want to split them into a kru lead on defense and a hux lead on offense most likely. 15.
