2024 Onedrive synchronisation issues

I am encountering a similar issue. Onedrive seemingly gets stuck with a few .jpg files and then it accumulates to hundreds, until it stalls and does not sync anymore. It is stuck for weeks at 0.0kb/sec. I have attempted unlinking and relinking my PC from OneDrive as well as the /reset option.. Nun2
